Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership. As a key member of our consultancy, you will provide expert advice and support to our clients in the management of their environmental, health, and safety risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Environmental, Health and Safety consulting projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Enhance products and processes for continual improvement, ensuring the delivery of excellent services to our clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their Health, Safety, and Environmental needs.
  • Communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations, showcasing our expertise and services.
  • Develop and implement Environmental Management Systems to ISO 14001, ensuring our clients meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Hold or be working towards PIEMA membership.
  • Experience of writing Environmental Management Systems, policies, and procedures.
  • EHS auditor qualifications, ideally lead auditor status i.e. 14001.
  • Demonstrable experience in EHS services or consultancy.
  • Competence in balancing commercial targets with client needs.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • 4-5 years experience working within a large multi-site facilities organisation/role.
  • Experience of a corporate office environment ideal.
