We have a great opportunity for a proactive, conscientious and responsible Estates and Facilities Administrator to join our friendly and hardworking team.


Working from our Head Office, the post-holder will be responsible for supporting the day to day administrative and operational duties of the head office and provide administrative support to the Estates Department.

The role will also provide cover to the front of house/office coordinator during periods of absence.


The post holder will ensure that our services are provided in a way that is consistent with our values, supporting and promoting an organisational culture that values: compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and innovation.


This is a highly visible role and the post holder will be required to demonstrate an enthusiastic and welcoming attitude.


Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to Esh Plaza and notifying colleagues of arrivals
  • Management of "front desk" and welcome function
  • To assist with and support the administration of ID badges
  • Ensuring continuity of service within the head office.
  • Supporting with the coordination of the day to day procedures for the effective functioning of the head office
  • To assist in managing incoming general telephone enquiries and contact directories
  • To coordinate and set up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments and food/catering
  • To work with and deputise for the Office, Estates and Facilities Coordinator
To provide administrative support to the Estates Department on a day to day basis, including (but not limited to):

  • Monitoring of Estates mailbox
  • Recording and updating job logging database
  • Liaising with Contractors, Suppliers and colleagues on estates matters

About you

  • GCSE Maths & English (A*C/49) (or equivalent)
  • Attainment of Level 3 appropriate qualification, (A Levels/Diploma/Advanced Apprenticeship) or willingness to commence on appointment
  • Administration and/or Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good understanding of MS Office
