Facilities and Estates Administrator

Search Consultancy is currently working with a Nationwide client to recruit a Facilities and Estates Administrator on a temporary basis for the next 3 months. This is an immediate start role, and only candidates available immediately or on short notice will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the end client with administration related to the delivery of the Facilities and Estates side of the business.
  • Extensive filing of paper and electronic documentation, as well as maintenance of filing systems.
  • Obtain quotes from sub-contractors for work to be carried out as required.
  • Ensure the company's FM system is kept up to date with work order records and relevant information.
  • Quality check and close outstanding work orders.
  • Provide accurate monthly reporting on work order performance and trends.
  • Organize and book scheduled work activities for internal staff and contractors.
  • Actively participate and contribute to team meetings.
  • Input data into spreadsheets, the company's FM system, and relevant documents.
  • Take minutes of meetings and provide a meeting notes document.
  • Organize diaries with key dates and activities.
Requirements:
  • Previous relevant experience within an administration role dealing with Facilities or Estates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid IT skills, including the full MS Office suite.
