Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external contacts, including staff, contractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate local site services and manage external suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including manual and electronic filing systems.
- Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and answering telephone calls.
Requirements
- Experience in administration, preferably in a service environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
