Job Title: Facilities Administrator Assistant
Job Summary: Brook Street is seeking a Temporary Facilities Support Professional to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. As a Facilities Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide local site services and coordinate with external suppliers and contractors.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external contacts.
- Open and sort post, handle routine correspondence, and perform data entry.
- Receive and make telephone calls, maintain manual and electronic filing systems, and perform general office duties.
Requirements:
- Experience of dealing with contractors and/or suppliers is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or equivalent systems.
- Experience in administration, preferably in a service environment.
