Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external contacts, including staff, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate local site services and manage external suppliers and contractors.
  • Open and sort post, handle routine correspondence, and maintain manual and electronic filing systems.
  • Perform general office duties, including photocopying and scanning documents.

Requirements

  • Experience of dealing with contractors and/or suppliers would be desirable.
  • Experience of working with information technology using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), or equivalent systems.
  • Experience in administration, preferably in a service environment.
