Senior Women's Support Practitioner - Lincolnshire Action Trust

Lincoln and throughout Lincolnshire - 37 Hours
**We are looking for a Senior Women's Support Practitionerto ensure a cohesive countywide trauma responsive women's centre model is available to meet the needs of women at risk of entering the justice system, and those already involved in it in Lincolnshire.

Within this role, you will be working with clients whilst overseeing the development of the Women's Centre model.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills in order to interact with and engage with individuals using the service.

No two days are the same within LAT, so you will have to be resilient and confident in dealing with changing priorities, whilst maintaining accuracy.


You will have a valid UK car licence and access to a vehicle which is insured for business use and be able to travel throughout the area if and when needed.

A bit about us


Lincolnshire Action Trust (LAT) is a registered charity that works with individuals who are in contact with the criminal justice system across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.

The main focus of our work is resettlement and rehabilitation including employability, accommodation, finance and debt and work with children and families.


Over 20,000 clients access our services each year and volunteers are a valuable element of LAT's support for individuals involved in the criminal justice system.
