About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing expert clinical advice and support to our team, as well as providing leadership and guidance to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the care needs of service users and develop and implement plans of care.
  • Provide skilled clinical supervision to junior staff and learners.
  • Lead a clinical team and make decisions about the allocation of resources.
  • Contribute to the improvement of service delivery and practice development.
  • Facilitate the use of local networks to inform the monitoring of practice.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. NMC for nurses).
  • Mentorship training.
  • Evidence of specialised continued professional training in clinical practice.
  • Relevant experience of working with adults with mental health needs.
  • Sound knowledge of the national agenda for mental health.
  • Sound knowledge of clinical/risk assessment and understanding of Information Governance principles.
