Our wholly owned social enterprise, Slave-Free Alliance, provides services to global companies and public bodies seeking to protect their operations and supply chains against the risks of modern slavery and labour exploitation.

We have active programmes in the UK, USA, Ethiopia and Uganda, reaching approximately 200,000 adults and children a year.

Hope for Justice and Slave-Free Alliance have staff and volunteers involved in operational support, fundraising or other initiatives in Norway and Australia.


Position:


We have an exciting opportunity for an International CRM and Data Officer with a drive to develop and refine processes to join our Digital and Comms Team.


As an International CRM and Data Officer, you will support the organisation by accurately analysing, measuring and reporting on our effectiveness and impact specific to data analysis.

Collate information, produce reports and respond to data queries, allowing our internal and external stakeholders to understand the impact of our work.

The role works in collaboration with and supports departments across Hope for Justice.

Key Result Areas:

  • Enable international fundraising team to develop relationships with donors by ensuring all data is standardised and recorded on the CRM system. Creating processes that allow for easy segmentation of supporters.
  • Ensure international CRM use is maximised by looking at the development of reporting, new integrations, streamlining of processes and automation where possible.
  • Support reconciliation of regional donor data.
  • Ensure data management is done according to best practice, standard and law.


This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, global non-profit organisation with a well-respected reputation for changing lives and fighting for freedom for those affected by the misery of human trafficking.

This is a UK-based role within our UK Digital and Communications Team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Experience of working with CRM systems (Donorfy experience is preferable)
  • Automation tools experience, Power BI, Zapier (desired)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to communicate with stakeholders at every organisational level
  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone and written manner
