We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Sales and Marketing team in the role of CRM Executive/Manager.

The role of CRM Executive/Manager is to ensure that the marketing and sales approach is seen by the **right person**, in the **right business** at the **right time** through **effective management of our internal database.**

You will be working alongside our Sales and Marketing team to review the database in line with future marketing campaigns and business strategies. You will be required to ensure the data is up to date, correctly categorised, and complete, allowing us to fulfil our ABM strategy. Data analysis will be critical to the role enabling us to react to trends and engagement.

**What are the key responsibilities?**
- Management and maintenance of the database
- Sourcing and updating new contacts, leads and opportunities on our CRM system
- Creation of bespoke data sets in line with ad-hoc business requirements
- Working with the Sales & Marketing team to support on the overall New Business strategy
- Supporting the New Business team on reviewing and triaging new leads
- Reporting on data and analytics from marketing campaigns

  **What skills are required?**
- Team player with a desire to get stuck in.
- Experience of managing CRM systems and data.
- Knowledge of Hubspot CRM is preferred, although not essential.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and resilience to troubleshoot data/CRM issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Proven sourcing of new data from multiple sources.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices for ensuring compliance when managing B2B customer data.
- Ability to be agile and quick to adapt and understand new capabilities, services and targets
- Ability to produce reports and analysis on marketing and sales activity with recommendations where appropriate
- Subject to experience this role could suit an Executive or Manager level applicant

**Location and working hours**

Based in Manchester, you will be working from the Bonded Warehouse office, 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
