Within the ISS UK Retail Sector, ISS provides facility services provision to our customers including CO-OP, Santander, Virgin Media, RBS, Barclays, HSBC and Boots. As a sector we are actively seeking portfolio growth by engaging with potential new clients.

As Service Coordinator, you will work within the Retail High Street Operations Centre as part of the Operations Support and Client Engagement Teams.

The main purpose of role will be to support the Operational Field Team to deliver a high level of service to meet our customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Collating and data inputting information into relevant reporting system.
