About the Role:

Inventum Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Improvement Lead to join our team. As a Service Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for improving, maintaining, and developing the AIR-ERP service model, coordinating support processes across service suppliers, and providing regular updates to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and integrate support processes across associated service suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain the AIR ERP service model and associated process documentation.
  • Continuously improve the AIR-ERP services.
  • Provide reporting and status updates as required.
  • Support service reviews and ensure agreed service changes are managed through to delivery.
  • Support cost reduction activities.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of ITIL service model.
  • Experience in IT Support Processes and service-oriented background.
  • Strong project Management experience.
