Detailed Responsibilities

1. Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and colleagues through various means to ensure smooth service operations, particularly in sensitive situations.

2. Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to share critical information regarding patients' medical conditions.

3. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss unit operations.

4. Relay important information about patients' conditions to the appropriate personnel and serve as a liaison between departments.
