Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at LGC Group. As a key coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order coordination across channels and sectors, delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely entry into the system.
- Provide assistance and maintain On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery targets.
- Professionally handle communication with internal and external contacts via various channels.
- Resolve customer queries and manage Service Cloud Case, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
- Run end-of-day check reports and maintain agreed delivery dates in the system.
- Fluent in French.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative and customer service roles.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in French.
