The Role


We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Care Co-ordinator to join one of our reputable Domiciliary Care branches in Raynes Park on a full-time basis.


  • Hours: Monday to Friday, plus out of hours oncall duty as and when required
Duties & Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to:

  • Line Manage Care Workers and other designated Juniors.
  • Organise and coordinate Care Services.
  • Ensure that the care worker rotas are organised and sufficiently well planned to consider travel time.
  • Work with recruitment personnel to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels.
  • Plan and allocate care assignments to appropriate care workers, with due regard for the needs of the individual and the skills and attributes of the worker.
  • Liaise as necessary with partner professionals and organisations (e.g., social workers, GPS, nurses) in respect of developing and delivering holistic, personcentred packages of care.
  • Take part in the On Call out of hours service as required.
  • Previous experience of delivering care support services.
  • Understanding of principles of good care.
  • Able to prioritise, particularly under pressure.
  • Flexible, willing and able to work outside normal hours wen requested.
