About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for every customer, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients.
  • Manage patient diaries and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate appointments.
  • Work closely with the team to understand treatment options and provide patients with clear and concise information.
  • Process payments and chase outstanding patient debt, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with practice policies.
  • Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies, and other organizations to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • IT skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
