Customer Service Representative

Skybreak is a long-established Customer Service provider in the airline industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and seamless travel experiences.

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Airline Ticketing Agents.

Purpose of the Role:


As a Customer Service and Airline Ticketing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers' journeys are smooth and enjoyable.

You will be the face of our company, responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, providing professional customer service, and handling airline ticketing inquiries.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greet and assist passengers at the Skybreak Customer Service desk in Heathrow Terminal
  • Issue/reissue airline tickets, process reservations and ancillary services, handle payment transactions accurately.
  • Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and airline policies.
  • Resolve customer enquiries, professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide proactive passenger support and airline ticketing solutions in line with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate passenger services effectively.
  • Assist passengers with additional travel recovery support services.
  • Work as a conscientious member of the team to deliver our contractual requirements.
  • Customer Service experience in the Travel and/or Aviation industry.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with Amadeus or other GDS/Airline ticketing/reservation system knowledge
  • Experience of working in Travel sales.

Location:


Successful applicants, once trained will be required to work shifts at T2 Heathrow Airport within our core opening hours of daily.

Shifts allocated over 7 days (including weekends and bank holidays) and on a shift pattern.


We offer a competitive rate of pay (based on experience) alongside the opportunity to enhance additional earning opportunities through our commission initiative 'we earn you earn' programme.


Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in the travel and tourism sector
  • Knowledge of Amadeus or other major GDS reservation systems and/or previous Airline ticketing experience
  • Initial and ongoing training provided
  • Geographical knowledge
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Languages (beneficial but not essential)
