The successful candidates will be instrumental in delivering exceptional recruitment and onboarding services to hiring managers, candidates, and external clients by utilizing systems, processes, and exceptional customer care.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting effective recruitment campaigns to reach recruitment objectives, aiding hiring managers, potential candidates, and new appointments.
- Attending ASCH meetings as needed to stay updated on broader ASCH activities within the Council.
- Ensuring high-quality job advertisements on the Recruit system and utilizing additional ads or social media platforms as required, like LinkedIn, specialized media, etc.
- Participating in campaign setups and enhancing knowledge of the data aspect of recruitment to optimize future campaign outcomes.
