Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Data Centre team as a Customer Service Administrator. This role involves working closely with internal and external engineers to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and record site-based information into company databases
  • Monitor systems and projects to ensure seamless delivery
  • Liaise with customers to resolve queries and concerns
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions
  • Prepare project performance reports to track progress
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
