### Salary

As a Motoring Excellence Coordinator, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn an average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year, with potential for more. Your hard work and dedication will also be recognised with 5 days a week and an excellent refer a friend scheme.

### Job Description

We are seeking a Centre Manager who will play a vital role in leading the team to success and providing an excellent customer journey and satisfaction. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management
- Engaging and motivational coaching-based approach to team development and providing in-the-moment training
- Meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
- Managing high sales turnover and KPI's
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
- Good time management
- Holding a current valid driving license

### Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
- Experience of managing a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- The ability to motivate and develop your team members
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
