Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to support our local sales team, focusing on administration tasks that enable the sales managers and directors to excel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating presentation materials and proposals for clients
- Designing mood boards for clients
- Costing jobs and producing quotations
- Maintaining client records on our CRM system
- Issuing customer agreements
- Monitoring colleague emails during annual leave
- Completing monthly sales reports
- Performing ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous administration experience (preferable)
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Experience in sales administration (desired)
- Familiarity with tender processes (advantageous but not essential)
