About the Role
Priory Group is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide a service to three Hospitals, managing and coordinating the implementation of individual treatment plans for speech and language therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of individual treatment plans for speech and language therapy services.
- Receive and respond promptly to referrals, undertaking assessments to identify and prioritize patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, detailing each patient's rehabilitation and progression.
- Ensure the effective and efficient management of yourself and your team.
- Maintain and develop close working relationships with professional and clinical colleagues within the multi-disciplinary team.
- Comply with statutory regulations and quality standards.
- Contribute to business growth by actively promoting Priory therapy services.
- Maintain effective communication links with patients, relatives, carers, and commissioners, as necessary.
