Customer Service Representative

They take pride in delivering high-quality solutions to their customers. An exceptional opportunity awaits a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team at their Workington site.

The position is a full-time, permanent role, requiring 35 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday.

As a Customer Service Representative your role encompasses the following responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Address general customer inquiries within the business & collaborate effectively as part of their dedicated Customer Service team.

Order Management:

  • Efficiently handle customer order requirements & process orders within the internal system and complete all necessary customer documentation.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.

New Customer Growth:

  • Participate in the management of new customer growth.
  • Attend and provide support for customer business reviews, and when needed, visit customer sites to strengthen relationships.

Experience/skills required:

  • Good understanding of business processes
  • SAP Experience desired not essential
  • IT Literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Numerical ability
  • Customer service experience
  • Operational manufacturing experience desired not essential
  • Basic financial knowledge
