In this role, reporting to the Group Bid Manager, you will assist the Business Development Team in creating accurate and engaging bids, proposals, and sales materials.

All activities must align with our company's values. This role is hybrid and requires good accessibility to London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing PQQs, RFIs, and proposals for new business.
  • Managing bids from end to end, including portal management.
  • Writing bids for new content by consolidating information from various stakeholders into compelling written material.
  • Compiling bid content for standard responses.
  • Attending company events to stay updated on the latest activities and solutions.

Essential Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales/bids.
  • Proficient in copywriting with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and grammatically correct content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills and Attributes:
  • Knowledge of InDesign with editing capabilities and copy setting as a plus.
  • Background in catering or the service industry.
