Bid Solutions is seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to join its team. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for managing bids for real estate and facilities management clients. This role involves managing the proposal process, storyboarding, editing, and writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire proposal and presentation development process, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Write, edit, format, and proof all proposal and presentation materials, showcasing Bid Solutions' expertise and value proposition.
- Attend prep sessions for all opportunities, aligning with industry best practices and Bid Solutions' standards.
- Support Senior Proposal Managers on larger bids, contributing to the development of strategic proposals.
- Support new content development efforts and strategic firm initiatives, enhancing Bid Solutions' knowledge base and competitive edge.
- Upload all final deliverables to proposal and presentation libraries, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Perform pursuit close-out activities, working with Knowledge Management to ensure revised and new content is uploaded to the content library.
- Support the upkeep of the content library, including improvements to searchability and organization.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to assimilate, coordinate, and respond to global and regional RFIs and RFPs, showcasing expertise in bid management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with people at all levels of the organization, including senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work well and thrive under pressure, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, upholding Bid Solutions' standards of professionalism and integrity.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat, with experience in InDesign and desktop publishing a plus.
- Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce, with the ability to leverage these tools to enhance proposal development and management.
