The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Sales associate offering a salary of £22,984.00 based in Harrods London. This is a Permanent position with Blue Square supporting and working closely with our client Samsung.

This is the perfect role if you want the opportunity to:

The Role

This role will be focused around demonstrating and selling Samsung products Cross Category.


We are looking for someone who is positive, self-driven, results orientated with clear focus on luxury retail and customer service.

An excellent, well-spoken communicator who is reliable, tolerant, and determined. One who relishes accountability and ownership of personal targets with passion for Samsung technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To create sales in the brand way and help customers to buy without pressure
  • Recognising buying signals, handling objections with empathy and information
  • Continuously building product knowledge and keeping updated of any product developments
  • Checking that all products are out on display and in working order with the correct price
  • Placing POS out in store where applicable
  • Proactively approaching customers in store and demonstrating the product range according to their needs and requirements
Skill, Experience & Attributes

  • Experience in luxury or highend retail
  • Experience in sales customer service
  • Well organised and always on top of their responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal language skills
  • Proven ability to adapt service style to suit customers' needs
