As a Samsung Brand Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, showcasing our innovative products and ensuring an exceptional experience with every interaction.

You will establish strong relationships with customers and collaborate with in-store teams to promote brand loyalty, advocacy, and ultimately drive sales. You will oversee compliance within your designated area, ensuring that the brand is represented impeccably. By asking insightful lifestyle questions, you will recommend the most suitable products from our extensive range, ensuring customer satisfaction and memorable experiences.

By monitoring competitors in the marketplace, you will provide feedback and suggestions to enhance our competitive positioning. Your objective will be to meet and exceed targets by increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales at every opportunity.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PRODUCT PRESENTATIONS

Conduct captivating product presentations that highlight the Unique Selling Points (USPs) and advantages of Samsung products to potential customers.

Drive conversions from presentations to sales, including persuading customers to switch from competitor brands.

MAXIMIZING RETURN ON INVESTMENT

Implement strategies to optimize ROI from all customer interactions, including identifying upselling opportunities.

Prepare for successful launches of flagship and new products, effectively aligning with sales targets.

Document and report all relevant data on a daily basis.

PRODUCT EXPERTISE

Develop a comprehensive understanding of Samsung products, offerings, and the dynamics of channel store teams.

Follow a customer journey that aligns with brand values and mystery shopping techniques.

Uphold brand, visual, and operational standards consistently.

DRIVING SALES AND ACHIEVING TARGETS

Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and exceed established targets.

Become an essential member of the store team and collaborate with store sales assistants to boost sales.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Enhance product knowledge and brand advocacy by conducting regular training sessions for in-store teams.

Motivate staff to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
