Position Overview

The Brand Ambassador plays a crucial role in enhancing the presence of the Estee Lauder brand by driving sales and increasing market share through a strong consumer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

The Brand Ambassador is accountable for:

  • Maintaining a professional and credible brand image to all consumers.
  • Maximizing sales through exceptional service and adherence to retail standards.
  • Contributing to operational efficiencies by following company procedures and guidelines.

Sales and Service Excellence

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Staying informed about additional sales opportunities, including events and digital channels.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and identifying missed opportunities.
  • Utilizing social media effectively to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
  • Implementing local marketing initiatives aligned with retailer activities.
  • Ensuring high service standards to create a culture of consumer satisfaction.
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting brand values.
  • Managing refunds and complaints in accordance with company policies.
  • Keeping product knowledge current to provide an exceptional consumer experience.

Operational Responsibilities

Key tasks include:

  • Ensuring high standards of product presentation and store cleanliness.
  • Reviewing retail standards daily to maintain compliance.
  • Managing stock deliveries and associated administrative tasks within company timelines.
  • Implementing security policies to minimize stock loss.
  • Creating a safe environment for consumers by adhering to health and safety regulations.

Commercial Awareness

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily stock replenishment effectively.
  • Utilizing commercial reports to inform decision-making.
  • Planning and executing visual merchandising in line with guidelines.
  • Identifying and addressing stock package issues promptly.
  • Managing promotions and discounts in accordance with company standards.
  • Recognizing trends and suggesting improvements for product performance.
