POSITION OVERVIEW
The Estee Lauder National Skincare Consultant serves as the pinnacle of skincare expertise, providing an unparalleled luxury skincare experience through advanced skin treatments that adhere to Estee Lauder's prestigious protocols and rituals. This role demands the highest standards of professional skincare presentation, treatment proficiency, and product knowledge, embodying the essence of luxury service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidates for the National Skincare Consultant position should exhibit essential qualities and experience across the following core areas:
TREATMENT & RETAIL EXECUTION (60%)
Maintain and enhance beauty room standards across all market locations, working closely with local and global Education teams to fulfill luxury treatment requirements. Provide elevated skincare treatments for clients as necessary in key locations, with a significant presence in flagship stores. Consistently achieve personal retail and experience objectives by analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for growth in luxury skincare retail.
HIGH-TOUCH EVENTING (20%)
Represent the Estee Lauder brand as a distinguished luxury skincare ambassador at public events, including guest appearances, in-store activities, and virtual engagements. Deliver elevated skincare treatments for VIP clientele as required in key locations. Collaborate with local and global teams to pinpoint high-profile opportunities that enhance the brand's luxury skincare offerings.
EDUCATION (10%)
Set a standard of excellence by delivering top-tier Re-Nutriv service consistently. Enhance the skill sets of Beauty Advisors through facilitation and demonstration in Re-Nutriv seminars and provide in-store coaching to support Beauty Advisor Re-Nutriv Ambassadors in achieving their retail and experience goals. Regularly share insights on local skincare product trends with local affiliates and global teams. Assist Regional Education Managers in executing the Re-Nutriv strategy and engage in Global-led Education initiatives.
SOCIAL & VIRTUAL SELLING (10%)
Conduct elevated livestreams on brand-owned platforms as necessary, primarily focusing on social media channels. Lead by example in content creation, producing high-quality skincare expert content on relevant social platforms regularly. Collaborate with regional teams to develop pertinent social content for strategic skincare launches to be utilized on affiliate channels.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Licensed Aesthetician/Beauty Therapist/Facialist
• Based in London
• Willingness to travel frequently across the UK & Ireland and occasionally beyond
• 5-8 years of advanced skincare experience
• Positive, energetic, and collaborative demeanor
• Stylish, modern, and well-groomed appearance
• Confident and personable, capable of personalizing the consumer experience
• Excellent communication abilities
• Comfortable with on-camera presence and social media engagement
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail setting required
• Knowledge and professional experience with luxury beauty products and concepts
• Essential experience in treatment room settings
