POSITION SUMMARY

The Estee Lauder National Skincare Specialist is our premier skincare authority, providing an unparalleled luxury skincare experience through advanced skin treatments aligned with Estee Lauder's prestigious protocols and rituals. This role demands the highest standards of professional skincare presentation, expertise in skin treatments, product knowledge, and luxury service behavior.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To excel as a National Skincare Specialist, candidates should exhibit proficiency and experience across the following core areas:

TREATMENT & RETAIL EXECUTION (60%)

Maintain and enhance beauty room standards across all locations, working closely with local and global Education teams to meet luxury treatment expectations. Provide elevated skincare treatments to consumers in key locations, with a significant presence in flagship stores. Consistently achieve personal retail and experience targets while analyzing results to identify growth opportunities in luxury skincare.

HIGH-TOUCH EVENTING (20%)

Serve as a distinguished representative and ambassador for the Estee Lauder brand at public events, including guest appearances, in-store, and virtual engagements, as well as collaborations with press and influencers. Deliver premium skincare treatments for VIP clients and work with teams to uncover high-profile opportunities that enhance the brand's luxury skincare offerings.

EDUCATION (10%)

Lead by example in delivering exceptional Re-Nutriv service daily. Elevate the skills of Beauty Advisors through facilitation and demonstrations in Re-Nutriv seminars and in-store coaching. Share insights on local skincare trends with both local and global teams, and support regional Education Managers in executing Re-Nutriv strategies.

SOCIAL & VIRTUAL SELLING (10%)

Conduct elevated livestreams on brand-owned channels as necessary, setting an example in content creation by producing expert skincare content on relevant social platforms regularly. Collaborate with regional teams to develop strategic social content for skincare launches.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Licensed Aesthetician/Beauty Therapist/Facialist
  • Base location in London
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UK & Ireland
  • 5-8 years of advanced skincare experience
  • Positive, energetic, and collaborative demeanor
  • Stylish and well-groomed appearance
  • Confident and personable, capable of personalizing consumer experiences
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Comfortable on-camera and with social media
  • Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment
  • Knowledge and experience with prestige beauty products
  • Essential experience in treatment rooms
