Estee Lauder National Skincare Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Estee Lauder National Skincare Specialist serves as the pinnacle of skincare expertise, providing an unparalleled luxury skincare experience through advanced skin treatments that adhere to Estee Lauder's prestigious protocols and rituals. This role demands the highest standards of professional skincare presentation, comprehensive knowledge of skin treatments and products, and exemplary luxury service behavior.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidates for the National Skincare Specialist position should exhibit essential qualities and experience across four main areas:

EXECUTION OF TREATMENTS & RETAIL (60%)

Maintain and elevate beauty room standards across all locations, working closely with both local and global Education teams to fulfill luxury treatment requirements. Provide high-end skincare treatments for clients as necessary in key locations, dedicating two days weekly to the flagship store. Consistently meet personal retail and experience targets, analyzing outcomes to identify opportunities for growth in luxury skincare retail.

HIGH-TOUCH EVENTS (20%)

Act as a distinguished representative and ambassador for the Estee Lauder brand at public events, including guest appearances, in-store and virtual gatherings, and collaborations with press and influencers. Deliver premium skincare treatments for VIP clients in key locations and work with local and global teams to pinpoint high-profile opportunities that enhance the brand's luxury skincare offerings.

EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES (10%)

Set a standard of excellence by providing the highest level of Re-Nutriv service daily. Enhance the skill sets of Beauty Advisors through facilitation and demonstrations in Re-Nutriv seminars, along with in-store coaching to support Beauty Advisor Re-Nutriv Ambassadors in achieving their retail and experience goals. Regularly identify and communicate local skincare product trends to both local affiliates and global teams. Assist Regional Education Managers in executing the Re-Nutriv strategy and participate in global education initiatives.

SOCIAL MEDIA & VIRTUAL ENGAGEMENT (10%)

Conduct elevated livestreams on brand-owned platforms as required, primarily focusing on social media channels. Lead by example in content creation, consistently producing high-quality skincare expert content on relevant social platforms (at least once a month). Collaborate with regional teams to develop pertinent social content for strategic skincare launches to be utilized on affiliate channels.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensed Aesthetician/Beauty Therapist/Facialist
  • Based in London
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UK & Ireland, and occasionally beyond
  • 5-8 years of advanced skincare experience
  • Positive, energetic, and collaborative demeanor
  • Stylish and well-groomed appearance
  • Confident and personable, capable of personalizing consumer experiences
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Comfortable on-camera and on social media
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail setting
  • Knowledge and professional experience with luxury beauty products
  • Previous experience in a treatment room is essential
