You will establish strong relationships with customers and in-store teams to foster brand loyalty and drive sales. You will also ensure compliance with store standards, representing the brand in the most favorable light. By asking insightful lifestyle questions, you will recommend the most suitable products from our extensive range, ensuring that customer needs are met and their experiences with our brand are unforgettable.
By monitoring competitor activities, you will provide feedback and suggestions to enhance our market position, helping us maintain a competitive advantage. Your objective will be to meet sales targets by promoting brand awareness and facilitating customer interactions at every opportunity.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS
Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the Unique Selling Points (USPs) and advantages of Samsung products to potential customers.
Drive conversion rates from demonstrations to sales, including persuading customers to switch from competitor brands.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
Implement strategies to maximize the return on investment from all customer interactions, including identifying upselling opportunities.
Prepare for successful launches of flagship and new products, ensuring effective execution against sales targets.
Capture and report relevant data on a daily basis.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Samsung products, propositions, and the dynamics of channel store teams.
Follow a customer journey that aligns with brand values and best practices.
Maintain high standards of brand representation, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
DRIVE SALES AND TARGETS
Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and exceed established targets.
Become an integral part of the store team, collaborating with sales assistants to enhance overall sales performance.
TRAINING
Enhance brand knowledge and advocacy by conducting regular training sessions for in-store teams.
Motivate staff to drive sales and elevate brand awareness.
