This is a full-time permanent role based onsite Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.As part of the role, you will be working within a friendly Finance team and reporting to the Accounts Assistant.
This role would suit someone with a strong admin background looking to start their career in finance as no previous finance experience is required for the role.
- An Interest in pursuing a career in Finance.
- Ability to manage own workload and work well as part of a team.
- Strong Administration skills
- Working within the finance department supporting Accounts Assistant with finance admin tasks Including.
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Setting up direct debits
- Ensure that all billing data is complete, consistent, and errorfree.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billingrelated issues.
- Liaising with clients/stakeholders, responding to queries.
- Reconciling accounts, allocation, processing payments and invoices.
