This role would suit someone with a strong admin background looking to start their career in finance as no previous finance experience is required for the role.

To be considered for the Finance Administrator role you must have:

Key duties and responsibilities of the Finance Administrator role Includes:

  • Working within the finance department supporting Accounts Assistant with finance admin tasks Including.
  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Setting up direct debits
  • Ensure that all billing data is complete, consistent, and errorfree.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billingrelated issues.
  • Liaising with clients/stakeholders, responding to queries.
  • Reconciling accounts, allocation, processing payments and invoices.
