We are seeking an experienced accounts administrator to join our finance team at a well-established company with a turnover of €3 billion. With a strong presence in 23 countries, we specialize in optimizing asset performance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting of weekly and monthly costs and expenses
  • Updating bank records daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Maintaining and managing accounts payable end-to-end process
  • Processing invoices through the appropriate workflow
  • Executing weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Reconciling monthly bank statements
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding payments, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of financial spreadsheets
  • Providing support to the Finance Manager

Requirements

  • Secondary school education
  • NVQ Level 2 in administration or similar
  • AAT qualification desirable but not essential
  • General office or administration experience
