We excel in delivering sustainable solutions, unparalleled reliability, and outstanding customer service. As we expand, we're seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader to join our EMEA team.

This role is vital in enhancing our relationships with data center clients across the region, ensuring we continue to meet their evolving needs with agility and excellence.


Utilising your significant network in the industry, you will be responsible for the generation of revenue from existing and future Salute customers.

Your understanding of the data centers and the sector will enable you to recommend Salute customers with opportunities to repair, update, upgrade, secure, and maintain their mission-critical systems and operational efficiency.


The Sales Leader EMEA will also pursue new clients within the EMEA region with the goal of achieving revenue targets and helping the business unit achieve organizational goals.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Partnering to develop successful strategic sales pursuit plans of targeted accounts.nPursuing new customer relationships to achieve projected revenue growth, conducting cold calls and professional networking.nDeveloping and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and co-workers.nGathering prospect requirements and participating in technical solution designs.nDeveloping professional presentations, correspondence, and responding to RFPs.nCreating and articulating well-structured sales proposals based on customer needs and desires.nRemaining up to date on current industry trends, along with new products and services.nServe as the primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to account pursuits.nBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by regularly meeting their expectations.nProvide soft handoffs to other Salute Departments to ensure customer satisfaction.nDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.nEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives through cross-functional working relationships within Salute.nAnalyse customer needs and provide recommendations and create quotes.nDevelop recommendations for improved customer operations and develop and deliver proposals in a timely manner.nForecast and track opportunities.nDrive successful outcomes with assigned clients against a defined quota on a national/international basis.nManage sensitive issues and escalate as needed with appropriate follow up.nTravel as and when required.
