We are looking for someone with care experience to become
part of a new team of a family business running for over 35 years supported by a management team with vast experience.

Shift Pattern:
Fixed and continuous to help you plan your life.

This is a full time position and will require working alternative weekends and a share of out of hours phone duty as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the creation of rotas and working patterns for all staff to ensure all service is covered with the support of a Care Manager.
  • Coordinating service delivery daily which includes managing inquiries from staff, clients and other health professionals we work alongside.
  • Undertaking formal checks on staff in the field.
  • Contribute towards the delivery of a high standard of care through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Provide cover delivering care in contingency.
