**Shift Pattern**:Fixed and continuous to help you plan your life. This is a full time position and will require working alternative weekends and a share of out of hours phone duty as part of a wider team.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the creation of rotas and working patterns for all staff to ensure all service is covered with the support of a Care Manager.
- Coordinating service delivery daily which includes managing inquiries from staff, clients and other health professionals we work alongside.
- Undertaking formal checks on staff in the field.
- Contribute towards the delivery of a high standard of care through effective communication and teamwork.
- Provide cover delivering care in contingency.

- **Must have a full UK driving license and car.**
- Must have a smartphone.
