About the Role:


As a Customer Service Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Your role will involve managing client accounts, addressing queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will be working in a vibrant and supportive team environment where your efforts will directly contribute to the company's success and growth.


Key Responsibilities:
* Client Interaction: Handle incoming inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding insurance products and services.

* Account Management: Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all details are up-to-date and accurate.

* Communication: Communicate effectively with clients through various channels (phone, email, and in-person).

* Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

* Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling insurance products.

* Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve the customer service experience.
