We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Tyman UK and Ireland. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our Key Accounts customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service via telephone and email, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Identify and provide proactive recommendations to enhance the customer experience, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure the internal database is up-to-date and accurate, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve and surpass service targets, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer service.
  • Commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of KPIs and order values.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, such as SAGE and Salesforce.
  • A creative and resourceful problem solver, able to think critically and outside the box.
