- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer service.
- Commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of KPIs and order values.
- Proficiency in using IT systems, such as SAGE and Salesforce.
- A creative and resourceful problem solver, able to think critically and outside the box.
