About the role


As an Associate Software Implementation Specialist, you will assist in ensuring the successful onboarding of Learning Pool products for our valued customers.

Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality configuration and enablement to set customers up for success.

This role will allow the successful individual to grow and develop their experience of onboarding customers, as well as working in a Professional Services environment.

You will work within the Professional Services team to provision, configure, test and enable our customers during their onboarding.

Working across multiple customer projects at any given time with implementation specialists and Project Managers you will help to deliver projects on budget and on time.

The nature of these projects will allow you to work cross-functionally and experience all of our product set.


This role will help to ensure the success in the early stages of a customer's lifecycle with a product or service where we know that their first 60 days have a huge impact on them working with us in the future.

You will put customers at the heart of what we do with outstanding customer service levels and strong operational performance in getting tasks completed in a timely manner.


What you will be doing

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Implementation Support: Collaborate with the Professional Services team to deliver provisioning, configurations, testing, and enablement for customers during their onboarding and other projects.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with customers on their projects to ensure successful outcomes, address their needs, and build strong relationships.

Project Management:
Handle tasks from multiple projects simultaneously, working in coordination with project managers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Project Expertise: Provide implementation guidance within project teams, sharing your knowledge to guarantee customer success.
  • Empowerment and Training: Empower customers to achieve success with our products by providing them with the necessary training and guidance.
  • Collaboration: Work as part of a project team, taking accountability for your tasks while supporting overall project success, including risk identification, change control, and timekeeping.

Who we are looking for

  • Previous Experience: you will have worked directly with customers in a technical environment (this can include a University placement or Secondment).
  • Service orientation: You will have a customer centric approach with the ability to demonstrate deep understanding of customer needs
  • Tech savviness: You'll have an enthusiasm for technology, with an interest in how we can leverage technology to drive success. You will have a keen interest in learning more about our existing and future products.
  • Delivering with others: You will have ability to work with others across the business, collaborating in order to achieve results
  • Communication: You are skilled in delivering clear messages, both in writing and verbally. You will be comfortable speaking with a variety of people both inside and outside the organisation.
