This role involves collaborating with diverse teams and providing comprehensive legal counsel and support across a range of legal matters.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support in structuring and negotiating general commercial contracts for the business.
- Offer insightful advice on compliance and regulatory matters, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of evolving EU statutes and identify potential legal risks associated with technological sales within the region.
- Conduct thorough analyses of business transactions to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Manage pre-litigation disputes and inquiries effectively, seeking amicable resolutions whenever possible.
- Drive efficiency improvements within contract management processes, streamlining workflows and enhancing operational effectiveness.
About You:
You possess 4+ years of experience in transactional law within both law firm and corporate legal environments. Your expertise extends to EU laws and regulations governing technology sales. You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, ethical conduct, and sound judgment. You thrive in collaborative settings, effectively communicate your insights, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Additional Assets:
- Experience with online sales terms and conditions would be highly beneficial.
