We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer to enhance our team, delivering exceptional application support and development solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving vital software applications within an Agile DevOps framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for applications
  • Engage in troubleshooting and effective problem resolution
  • Analyze and modify existing code as necessary
  • Drive service enhancements and automation initiatives
  • Manage release processes and certification tasks
  • Guide and mentor junior staff members

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Cloud Application support
  • Proficiency in Linux environments
  • Familiarity with messaging systems
  • Understanding of database query languages
  • Knowledge of scripting languages
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementations

Important Note: SC clearance eligibility is required for this position.
