  • Support on ER cases (investigation, disciplinary, absence, performance, flexible working) and working on projects
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies and processes
  • Supporting with the recruitment and selection process
  • Monitor long and short term sickness absence and provide advice and guidance to managers
  • Proven experience of operating as a HR Advisor Level
  • Understanding of employment legislation
  • Strong HR Administration experience
  • Able to work at pace and pick things up quickly
  • CIPD Level 3 or above
