Job Description:


The position involves the supervision and development of a team of rotating Receptionists (Client Hosts), who cover a reception desk on the ground floor and a client floor with meeting rooms.

Which means you will enjoy getting involved in a variety of tasks and interacting with new people every day.


We are looking for someone who loves providing a warm and upbeat welcome, with outstanding personal presentation and the ability to engage with people in a genuinely welcoming way.


As a Reception Team Leader you will be reliable, flexible, honest and a strong ambassador for both Portico and our Client.

You will have the chance to use your previous experience in a 5-star service environment to positively engage with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring they receive a seamless service experience.

You will anticipate client needs, proactively following up to ensure that client expectations are exceeded.

Your problem - solving skills and flexibility are key to ensure the smooth running of daily operations while your attention to detail will help you in preparing reports and making sure your surroundings are both presentable and safe.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week Mon - Fri

Salary:
£32,000
