As a Client Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, problem resolution, and exceeding expectations.

You will collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and drive business growth

Skills:

  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage customer relationships and provide guidance to team members
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions
  • Sales experience is a plus, as you may have opportunities to upsell or crosssell products/services

From £25,560.34 per year
