Job Description

This function demands a hands-on, self-motivated, team member who can multitask, prioritise, and regularly interact with the relationship manager and international clients. This role sits within a busy Client Services Team.
With the responsibility for the planning and execution of the associated operations across the necessary business lines, this function is committed to supporting the management of the bank's high-profile clientele to provide a bespoke and specialised service to specific clients.

Customer experience is critical for this role since it is a support function role, that engages with both internal stakeholders and a wide range of customers. Furthermore, this person will serve as a crucial liaison for several parties concerning daily tasks and additional obligations that may be required and regularly engaging with the Relationship Manager.

CDD - AML/KYC Compliance would be advantageous for this role.
To manage high profile client/s and be a key point of contact for client support for any queries and manual payment requestsTo be able to effectively communicate with the client both written and verbally with the understanding that clients can be from various regions around the world and to be flexible to meet requests to ensure timely execution to any responses.Have a good understanding of key systems and gain knowledge for end-to-end processes across the Bank.Ability to quickly understand and resolve client issues, and to prioritise and make fast decisions in a busy environment.Assist and provide support with day-to-day account management roles as required.Understand payment processes, formatting payments / Swift knowledge will be advantageous.Attention to detail for many manual processes, coordinating all aspects of the payment journey, checking the validity of the request by speaking to the client, and meeting short SLA times for payment turnaround times in various currencies.Working collaboratively with the Relationship Managers, Payments Team, Transaction Screening, and various other internal stakeholders.Assist with the build out and maintenance of meaningful MI relating to this role specific.Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.Preparation of monthly reporting for client activityLiaise with clients and our anti-financial crime team regarding sanction/AML queries on payments for regions that may be outside the Banks Risk appetite such as Syria, Afghanistan.Undertake projects as and when required.Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements and the internal control environment.Provide guidance, training, or general support to colleagues where necessary.Co-ordinate and manage with internal teams for any new account set ups, closing existing accounts, mandate changes, and operational set up to ensure update client information is maintained.Act as a primary contact for Client Due Diligence matters for this client base, with knowledge of onboarding new clients, account set up requirements, AML/KYC Compliance would be advantageous.
