Job Introduction

We are looking for a Workspace Coordinator to join our small team of Rapport Ambassadors at our client's offices in Canary Wharf. Our Client is an American financial firm, and you will play a key role in delivering service excellence to all internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with everyone they meet. You will be an integral part of highly professional team, focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

_This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with requirement for flexibility as per business needs._

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all shared spaces and amenities are presented to the highest standard
  • Reporting all maintenance and general housekeeping issues to the relevant departments
  • Managing and auditing lockers and coat cupboard as and when required
  • Maintaining situational awareness on working floors and meeting rooms
  • Managing and coordinating events as per client expectations and liaising with the Workplace Services and Front of House teams as required
  • Supporting with Health and Safety administration and general support
  • Assisting colleagues at Reception when required, following Rapport business standards

  • Ideally have at least one year of customer service experience in a similar role (e.g. front-of-house reception experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment)
  • Be highly organised, with passion for delivering high standard service and going the extra mile
  • Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality
  • Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication
  • Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and other similar packages
  • Ideally have knowledge in EMS booking system
  • Understand professional etiquette
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure and act both proactively and intuitively
