Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workspace Supervisor to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service excellence across our estates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional image at all times, ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy and ready for business.
  • Ensure the cleaning team responds to cleaning requests as required, working closely with the Cleaning Manager to maintain the correct standard.
  • Deliver training, motivation, discipline, safety, and welfare of the staff under your control and assist other managers with this.
  • Support and coordinate all soft services within the allocated area to support the ready for business standard with minimum impact to staff.
  • Ensure KPI requirements are met.
  • Promote and manage excellent relationships with clients, building occupants, and other contractors.
  • Meet objectives set by the management team and department(s).
  • Follow ISS processes and guidelines to ensure end-to-end procedures are followed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a strong customer service environment.
  • Effective communicator, both written and oral.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work on your own initiative.
  • Ability to make decisions without referral to higher management.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to demonstrate a customer-focused and 'Can Do' attitude.
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional customer-focused approach to work at all times.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
