About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Workspace. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our UK offices, ensuring that our workspaces are efficient, effective, and aligned with our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our office management team across the UK, driving efficiency and synergy across our offices.
  • Oversee the sourcing and negotiation of new properties, as well as the management of existing leases and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all our offices.
  • Collaborate with leaders across our different businesses and support teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining high-quality workspaces for thousands of employees.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in managing multi-site workspace projects, fit-outs, and properties.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of health and safety standards.
  • Ability to navigate a high-energy, busy environment and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
