We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of our Workspace strategy. As the Head of Workspace, you will be responsible for ensuring that our physical offices are located in the right places, with a focus on environmental sustainability and inclusivity.

This is a key leadership role that requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, contract management, and budgeting. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, including colleagues, management, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Workspace strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage the procurement and maintenance of office facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures for workspace management, including health and safety, security, and accessibility
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that workspace services are optimized for our colleagues
  • Manage a budget to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control
